I did finally get my refund, but support dragged this out way longer than they should have. It felt like I had to wait around because they weren’t handling it properly, which was really frustrating.

I’ve used beamwallet.com a handful of times, and to be fair, the transfers did go through without any major drama. So it’s not like I had a terrible experience or lost anything, but the speed felt average. I kind of expected it to be quicker, especially from the way these services usually present themselves.

Some transfers moved along fine, but other times I found myself refreshing and checking more than I wanted to. Maybe there’s a technical reason for the delays, or maybe they’re not exactly rushing things on the backend unless they have to. Overall, it works, but I’d like it a lot more if the transfers were more consistently fast...
